Rules and Regulations:

Contest

• Each contestant MUST BE 18 yrs. or older before the beginning of the competition.
• Each contestant will be granted 6 months worth of 24 hour access to nutrition and fitness consultation valued at well over $180.00.
• All contestants may use programs in addition to or instead of ours.
• The Competition believes that our program will provide the quickest and safest results.
• Each contestant may pay his/her one time fee by either credit card, debit card, or by check.
• Please allow 10 working days for checks to be cleared by our bank.
• Each contestant will be eligible and will receive his/ her competition packet by mail for the nutrition and fitness contest once the entry fee has been received by The Competition.
• For the duration of the contest, each contestant has full access to personal nutrition/fitness consultation from our staff in order to assist you towards your nutritional and fitness goals.
• The competition will be judged on the most dramatic change possible including but not limited to weight loss/increase, muscularity and definition; overall appearance.
• Only those who have paid their fee are eligible to win.
• All consultants employed by The Competition are certified personal trainers.
• Each contestant MUST mail in his/her completed competition package.
• Employees, their immediate family members and professional athletes are not eligible to enter this contest.
• This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Next contest ends June 30, 2006.
• Judging and notification of winners is completed by July 5, 2006.
• All decisions on all competition winners are final.

WINNERS:

• Winners will be notified by mail/email/telephone.
• The actual addresses of ALL contestants are kept completely confidential.
• There are no exceptions allowed.
